Returns and Exchanges

General:

Orders take 5-7 working days to be delivered.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send your order number via direct message on Instagram.

Within Kuwait:

Returns and exchanges are only eligible for ready-to-ship models. Special pieces, custom-made pieces, and any amendments requested pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Pre-order models, which are made available within a specified number of business days from the date of order, cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made to order.
You may return or exchange a ready-to-ship product within 7 days of receiving it.
Please note that products damaged due to improper sizing or use are not classified as defective. The safety of the returned product is your responsibility until we receive it from you. Please ensure that the packaging is intact and undamaged until it reaches us.
The purchase receipt must be included with the returned product.
It takes between 14 business days for a cash refund to be processed to the bank account used for the order.
A delivery fee of 3 KD will be deducted when the order is delivered.
In case of requesting a return of your order within 7 days, an extra fee of 3 KD will be deducted. (total of 6 KD). Note that you can try the order within 5-10 minutes maximum to make sure of the fitting, but after paying the price of the piece and the delivery fee in advance. In case of returning the piece, the price of the piece will be refunded to you, and 3 KWD will be paid as a delivery fee.
